This charming Puerto Vallarta penthouse overlooks the golden sands and crystal blue waters of Vallarta's famed south shore. The views from the top are simply incredible. Step out of the elevator and you are seconds away from the sand.
The light and bright open floor plan features a fantastic kitchen with pantry and a cozy living room overlooking the beach, bay, and gardens!
The main floor master suite offers breathtaking views, air conditioning, an outdoor terrace, and a private bathroom with ample closet space. A washer and dryer are available in the condo for your convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find a lovely sitting room with panoramic views of the main floor and ocean. Also on this level is a second bedroom, complete with its own air conditioner and bathroom.
This well-maintained complex includes secured entry, professional management, ample parking, and three lovely pools surrounded by tropical gardens.
There's even a turtle nursery on site, where baby turtles are released most nights during the season, which typically runs from September through January, although this can vary.
This beautiful beachfront home is situated on the northern beach of the Gemelas area. While there is usually a nice breeze, the unit is fully air conditioned, ensuring your comfort.
Please note that this is a residential complex, NOT a hotel. While we keep essential toiletries stocked, there are no maid or concierge services on site. There’s a small store next door for essentials, but a trip to town will likely be necessary for groceries. For stays longer than two weeks, maid service is included every 7th day.
We typically do NOT rent a car, but plenty are available at the airport. You can use UBER or taxis for affordable travel anywhere you want.
For the more adventurous, the public bus runs every 15 minutes to town at a cost of just 11 pesos per person. This is our preferred method of transportation while staying in the area. Detailed instructions are included in our welcome packet.
